Cooltoren

After more than four and a half years of construction, the Cooltoren (Cooltower) building was completed in the year 2022 in Rotterdam.

Designed by V8 Architects, this 150-meter-tall residential tower with fifty floors boasts 282 dwellings. It encompasses a total built area of 37,600 square meters.

The Cooltoren now stands as the tallest apartment building in the center of Rotterdam.

The size of the apartments ranges from 60 to 141 square meters, featuring two, three, or four bedrooms with outdoor spaces.

At the top, there are nine luxurious penthouses with sizes ranging from 200 to 425 square meters, while the intermediate section spanning four floors comprises four large corner flats on each level, each with a 72-square-meter balcony.

In addition to the flats, a collective rooftop garden measuring 1,770 square meters and an above-ground parking area for cars and bicycles have been constructed.
